When you think about the assets of your organisation, then it’s probably fair to say that artwork and brochures don’t normally spring to mind.
However, one of our clients was concerned that all of their artwork, in some cases, dating back many years, was held on the computers of individual employee, using their own filing and back up systems. This artwork was at risk of being misplaced, or deleted. When a staff member was absent from the office, knowing where to find the artwork caused problems.
Working with our client, we have developed a centralised, web based secure portal where all their artwork is now stored. Staff can access the artwork on a password-protected basis. We have also loaded all their sales material on to the site, with each item clearly referenced to eliminate errors and make access easy.
